My experience has shown the most common causes of this are mineral deficiency and dehydration. Of course there are other reasons, such as high or low blood pressure and poor circulation, but these are the easiest to address and certainly the most common. I have found that in the summer many of us work out in our yards for long periods of time. We perspire freely. This is very healthy, however taking care to replace fluids and minerals is imperative.
I find that drinking Colloidal Minerals and water while I work is a great way to avoid both of these problems. If I happen to forget, the vertigo that follows is a quick reminder. I then get my trusty colloidal minerals out of the refrigerator and put about 2 ounces of minerals in about 6 ounces of room temperature water and enjoy. I must admit this is a real taste treat with it’s mild citrus flavor. I begin to feel results immediately and am usually able to return to work within 15 minute.
Vertigo an be an indication of a more serious problem but this is certainly an inexpensive and easy place to start when looking for relief. It has been my experience that the Enzyme Solutions #2 has been helpful for vertigo that is not related to dehydration or mineral deficiency. I take 2 -4 capsules between meals.
